Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-23
These terms are an agreement between you, the seller, and the operator of the Vendelo service ("Vendelo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Vendelo you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these terms.
1. The service
Vendelo lets you create product landing pages from a product link or by entering a product by hand, edit them in a visual editor, publish them on your store's Vendelo subdomain or on your own domain, and sell from them through five selling methods: a cash-on-delivery order form, a WhatsApp order button, a Mercado Pago payment link, a button to your Mercado Libre listing and a button to your own store.
Buyers pay you directly — on delivery, through your Mercado Pago link or connected account, on Mercado Libre or in your store. Vendelo never collects, holds or routes your buyers' money.
2. Your account
- You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and give accurate account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done in your account, including by the team members you invite (owner, member or viewer roles).
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Plans, quotas and billing
- Vendelo offers a Free plan and paid plans billed monthly or yearly, with the prices and limits shown on the Pricing page.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment processor.
- Each plan includes quotas — for example published landings, generations, AI images, stores, custom domains, team seats, ad creatives and Mercado Libre listings. A generation or AI image counts against your quota when it starts; when it fails for a reason on our side, the quota is returned.
- If you downgrade or cancel, your published landings stay live and show the "Made with Vendelo" badge; editing and new generations then follow the Free plan's limits.
4. Your content and your products
- You own your content. You grant us a licence to host, store, copy, display, reformat (for example when you switch templates), translate at your request, and serve your content, only to provide the service to you and your buyers.
- Rights confirmation. Each time you create a product from a link or by hand, you confirm that you have the right to sell that product and to use its photos, texts and brand elements. Vendelo records that confirmation with the product.
- What you sell and say is your responsibility: that the product is lawful to sell where you sell it; that descriptions, prices, stock and delivery times are accurate; that your claims are true; and that you meet the consumer, delivery, returns and cash-on-delivery rules that apply to you.
- Generated content is a draft for you to review. Sales copy, photos and ad creatives generated by AI can contain mistakes. Review them before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish. The claim checker flags common advertising-policy problems but does not guarantee that an ad will be approved.
- Templates give your pages a layout. They contain no other brand's identity, photos or text, and you may not use Vendelo to copy another brand's identity.
- Stock counters, countdowns and reviews appear on your landings only when they reflect real data; you must not enter false values to make them appear.
5. Your buyers' data
You are responsible for the personal data your buyers give on your landings: what you ask for, how you use it, and answering their requests. We process it on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy. Set your store's consent banner and advertising pixels in line with the rules that apply to you.
6. Mercado Libre and Mercado Pago
Connecting Mercado Libre or Mercado Pago is subject to those platforms' own terms. You authorize Vendelo to act within the permissions you grant on their authorization screens, and you can revoke that authorization at any time. Publishing a Mercado Libre listing through Vendelo can incur Mercado Libre fees, which you confirm before each publication.
7. Domains and hosting
Your landings are served on your store's Vendelo subdomain and at a canonical Vendelo address. On plans that include it, you can connect a custom domain you control by creating the DNS records Vendelo shows you; you remain responsible for registering and renewing that domain.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Vendelo to:
- sell products that are illegal, counterfeit or prohibited where you sell them;
- infringe anyone's trademarks, copyright or other rights;
- deceive buyers, for example with false reviews, false stock or false deadlines;
- send spam, distribute malware or run phishing pages;
- collect personal data you have no right to collect;
- interfere with the service, get around plan limits, or access other sellers' data.
9. Notice and takedown
- Reporting. Anyone can report a landing hosted on Vendelo that they believe infringes their rights or breaks the law, using the "Report a landing" form on our Help page. The report asks for the landing address, the reason (trademark, copyright, counterfeit, fraud or other), the details, and the reporter's name and email.
- Review. We review every report. Depending on what we find, we may unpublish the landing, ask the seller to correct it, or keep it online when the report is unfounded, and we let the reporter and the seller know the outcome. We do not reveal the seller's identity to the reporter unless the law requires it.
- Response. A seller whose landing was unpublished can reply by writing to support with the reasons it should be restored.
- Repeat infringers. We suspend the stores, and close the accounts, of sellers who repeatedly publish infringing content.
10. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend content or an account that breaks these terms or puts buyers, other sellers or the service at risk, and we tell you why unless the law prevents it. You can stop using Vendelo and ask us to close your account at any time.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep Vendelo available, but it can be interrupted for maintenance or by causes outside our control. Some features depend on third-party services — AI providers, Mercado Libre, Mercado Pago, payment and email providers — and show their cause when one of them is unavailable. We may improve and change the service. When we change these terms we update them here and tell you about significant changes in advance.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Vendelo is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or right that the law does not allow to be limited.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Vendelo is established, without affecting any mandatory protection the law of your own country gives you.
14. Contact
Write to the support address shown on this site, or use the contact options on the Help page.
